Reforma administrativa, economía, y medios de producción con la llegada
del Regnun visigothorum a Hispania

Resumen
El final del Bajo Imperio romano y el posterior establecimiento del Regnum
visigothorum en Hispania estuvieron marcados por una profunda crisis estructural y una
transición gradual hacia un modelo socioeconómico y administrativo diferente, con
fuertes raíces rurales y una simplificación de las estructuras romanas. Las fuentes
primarias nos ayudarán a comprender esta transición, la pervivencia de algunas
estruturas heredadas de Imperio y normas legales básicas, acompañadas por la llegada
de elementos jurídicos propios reflejados en el Liber Iudiciorum.

Abstract
The end of the Late Roman Empire and the subsequent establishment of the
Visigothic Kingdom in Hispania were marked by a profound structural crisis and a
gradual transition to a different socioeconomic and administrative model, with strong
rural roots and a simplification of Roman structures. Primary sources will help us
understand this transition, the persistence of some structures inherited from the Empire
and basic legal norms, accompanied by the arrival of distinct legal elements reflected in
the Liber Iudiciorum.
